Ingredients
​
225g blueberries
2 limes, juice of one and one cut into wedges
3 pitted medjool dates
1 tbsp almond butter
250ml organic kefir

Method
​
Put half the blueberries and all the other ingredients excepts the lime wedges in a blender and whizz until smooth.
Stir in a little water, if needed, to reach your desired consistency.
Squeeze in more lime juice, to taste, and top with the remaining blueberries.
