Meet Tara
your presence is your power

In my mid-late twenties a horse fell on top of me, giving me a serious concussion, and a few minor injuries, I was bed bond for a month and the concussion lead to a mental breakdown, which, I know now, so often happens.

I developed my own faith and meditation practice in to help with my depression, anxiety and suicidality.

On part of my journey I started to see a Functional Medicine (FM) Practitioner, I realised that doctors weren't helping me. They just wanted to put me on as many drugs as possible to try and numb me.

One day at a time, I strengthened my spiritual connection, I changed my diet which lead me to coming off all medications that the doctors had put me on and I have since devoted my life to personal development.

While I’m proud to share these credentials, my greatest accomplishment is that I’ve transformed my own past trauma into love, a limitless source of strength and freedom.
I grew up in Monmouthshire, Wales, where from a young age I was an active rider and skier.
After six years in London and graduating from the North London School of Sports Massage (NLSSM), I helped a large variety of patients ranging from professional athletes, to young adults, and I now find myself back in the next door, idyllic Herefordshire, countryside.

Throughout my life I have been doing all sorts of sports. The potential power of achieving excellent control and focus of body and mind using sports and other outdoor activities captured my interest from a very early age.

My great love for horses and riding has long been the source of my deep awareness of the human body, and the magnificent abilities it has, if we just tuned in.

Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked as a private PA. Despite my high profile job, I was always drawn to the ‘workings’ of the human body and healing. My interest in the body, lead me then to train as a certified Soft Tissue Therapist.

I am deeply passionate about assisting and facilitating the transformational growth and healing of people. My work is about helping people to reclaim their voice, power, gifts and their unique essence, by embodying and expressing that in every aspect of their lives.

I combine my expertise as a qualified soft tissue therapist and health coach, utilising techniques from both disciplines, to help ambitious female entrepreneurs achieve all their wild, hairy, audacious goals.
