WHO - World Health Organisation - stresses that health is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or illness.

The WHO reports that depression is the leading cause of sickness and disability in the world.

According to the WHO, mental health is about being able to cope with the normal stressors of life; to work productively and fruitfully; and to be able to make a contribution to your community.

Mental illnesses can affect anyone, at any time. It doesn’t discriminate based on gender, age, ethnicity, wealth, nor personality types.
