Melon with Raspberries & Mint

A great, easy breakfast for entertaining. Also a lovely summer breakfast.

Ingredients

1 ripe melon

8oz fresh raspberries

2 tablespoon of honey or sugar

1 tablespoon of freshly chopped mint

Method

Cut open the melon, discard the seeds, and cut up melon or if you want to be fancy, use a melon baller. Sprinkle the flesh with the honey and mint.

Mix with the raspberries and put into a pretty bowl.
