All rides are guided by, me, Tara, with groups matched by both rider and horse ability to ensure everyone has a safe, enjoyable experience. I believe no one should feel pressured to go faster than they're comfortable with, or held back from the ride they were hoping for.

How Booking Works
Step 1 – Create your Rider Profile
The first time you book with me, you'll create a Rider Profile and complete a short questionnaire about you and your horse. This helps me understand your experience, confidence and riding goals, so I can recommend the rides best suited to you both.

You'll also complete your horse's profile and the online rider waiver. Once these are set up, you won't need to complete them again unless something changes.

Step 2 – Choose your Ride

Based on your profile, I'll recommend the rides that are the best fit for you and your horse. Simply choose a date from the calendar and request your place.

Step 3 – Booking Confirmation

To keep the groups safe, enjoyable and well matched, every new rider profile is personally reviewed to ensure everyone is placed in the most suitable group.

Returning riders can simply log in to their Riders' Hub, choose a date and book in.

Step 4 – See you on the Ride!

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive everything you need, including directions, arrival information and what to bring. Then all that's left to do is tack up and enjoy the ride.
What Riders Need to Bring
Riding hat (compulsory)
Suitable riding footwear with a heel

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please give at least 72 hour's notice. Cancellations made with more than 72 hours' notice can be transferred to another ride date. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable unless I am able to fill your space, in which case your payment can be transferred to another ride.
Weather
Rides go ahead in most weather conditions. In the event of severe weather such as lightning, extreme heat or ground conditions that make riding unsafe, we'll contact you as soon as possible to rearrange your ride.
